RECOM Solutions Limited have been appointed as Main Contractor to complete the refurbishment and conversion of 58-66 King Street into 24 luxury apartments for private rent. The development will provide a range of one- and two-bedroom apartments over four floors and has been designed in keeping with the building’s historical nature.

What we did differently

Throughout the pre-construction period, RECOM has worked closely with the client and design team to value engineer the development and offer sustainable solutions. This has included a proposal for a fully electric heating system which removed the requirement for a roof-top plant room and provided over £150k of savings.
Through our established relationships with our supply chain, RECOM have been able to save the client over £40k of savings on the kitchen units with a like-for-like solution.
