Jason McKnight – Director

Co-Founder and Director at Recom. Jason has extensive delivery experience in the private, commercial and public sector and stems from a Main Contracting background. He leads various public sector frameworks on behalf of the business. He holds a strategic focus on the business and strives for innovative ways for both management and delivery of projects.

Co-Founder and Director at Recom. Joe has an extensive background in Healthcare and Public Sector Works. With over 15no years’ experience in the industry, Joseph has worked on some of Manchester’s major projects. Coming from a main contracting background, Joe brings extensive experience in leadership from varying roles.

Jordan leads the Construction Team. He has extensive experience in cost planning and fit out management and is an expert in delivery. Jordan has overseas high rise experience and has previously worked for a Tier 1 Main Contractor for 12years.

Gemma McKnight – Head of People

Gemma leads the RECOM team operationally from a finance and procurement perspective and is a highly experienced industry professional. Gemma has exceptional communication skills and has a background in both law and business. She ensures fair payment terms to our supply chain to promote our ethos of best practice and excellent relationships with both our suppliers and clients.

Amber is a dedicated and professional Office Manager and Directors PA. She has a strong construction background and ensures the smooth running of our office. Amber is a proactive and hardworking member of our team, supporting our directors in providing a high-quality service for all RECOM clients.

4James has joined the Recom team as Head of Operations.  James has extensive Construction and Operational Management experience, having worked at Senior levels in the British Army and previously at Lend Lease. He is process and delivery focused and works across the board at Recom.  James brings a strategic approach, to support business growth and deliver quality in everything we do.

Natalie Ferguson – Accounts Manager

Nat is an AAT-qualified Accounts Manager who works within the RECOM financial team. With wide-ranging knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations, and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, Nat ensures the smooth running of our internal accounts department.

Tom Shannon – Lead Quantity Surveyor

Tom is a motivated and confident individual with first-class financial and numeracy management ability. He has a methodical approach to working and with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. His accurate knowledge of construction techniques allows him to provide cost effective solutions across all RECOM projects and he provides clear and concise cost analysis and advice to our clients.

Harry Waddington – Quantity Surveyor

Harry is our lead quantity surveyor for Passive Fire Protection and is highly experienced in providing cost effective solutions and accurate pricing information to our clients. With excellent technical knowledge and strong attention to detail, Harry works closely with our pre-construction and delivery teams to provide innovative solutions, added value and best price. He is experienced in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, residential and government departments.

Sarah Leadbetter – Healthcare Lead

Sarah is a key member of our team, responsible for the day-to-day project management of our healthcare schemes. She is a highly innovative, client centred individual with extensive experience within the public sector including strategic phase project planning, procurement activity, contract execution and appointment, pre-construction phase, cost reporting, risk management, end user engagement, transition strategy planning and project delivery through to completion.

Aaron is an experienced client side Project Manager who has extensive knowledge in the Public Sector. Having worked for the estates department in Bury Grammar for almost 10 years prior to joining Recom, he brings a wealth of experience to the team. Aaron currently is leading on projects within multiple sectors.

Liam is a Trainee Project Manager, who is currently undertaking a BSc(Hons), at Salford University in Construction Project Management, sponsored by Recom. Liam comes from a trade background , has a can do attitude and supports Recom on multiple projects.

Callum is an Assistant Construction Manager, who has joined Recom from a trade background. Callum is currently progressing towards site management, having been involved in several fit out projects for Recom. He has an eye for detail and supports the construction team across all projects.

Ryan has worked with Recom since early 2019. Ryan is a Graduate Construction Manager, qualifying in Construction Project Management.  Ryan has worked on various challenging projects for Recom and will ensure that client delivery and targets are met.

Gvidas is a valuable member of our team, who is passionate about delivering a quality service to RECOM clients.

Jason leads our Passive Fire Protection teams through his extensive experience as a Contracts Manager. He provides a customer focused, forward-thinking approach, motivating our teams and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget and with a commitment to value for money. He builds strong relationships with clients and our operatives and promotes continuous improvement across our passive fire protection services.

Miles is a motivated and forward-thinking assistant project manager, currently working within RECOM’s Passive Fire Protection division whilst completing his MSc in Building Surveying. Miles is highly experienced within the residential sector and holds excellent attention to detail, ensuring we deliver the highest levels of quality on every project he works on.

Daniel is a Level Two Certified Passive Fire Installer, working with both public and private sector clients to ensure their buildings are protected from fire risk. He is an enthusiastic employee with a high regard to health and safety and providing a quality service to RECOM clients and their stakeholders.

Dave is a professional Passive Fire Surveyor, holding a Fire Door Inspection Scheme (FDIS) qualification. A dedicated and knowledgeable member of our team, Dave undertakes Passive Fire Protection surveys for both private and public sector clients, ensuring fire safety measures are adequate and comply with the requirements of the current fire safety legislation.

Kieren is an energetic and self-motivated problem solver, with a drive for achieving quality workmanship. He holds extensive experience of inspecting and managing works, ensuring health and safety compliance is achieved at all times and projects are delivered in line with regulatory standards and client expectations.

Stephen is an extensively qualified Passive Fire Protection Risk Surveyor holding FDIS, FIRAS and PAS-79 2012 Fire Risk Assessment qualifications. He has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry , working within both the private and public sector. Stephen provides extensive knowledge of Passive Fire Protection to our clients, ensuring we provide the safest and most robust solutions to their requirements.

With over 16 years industry experience, Stacey is a highly qualified and experienced construction professional. He holds extensive knowledge of passive fire protection with experience of both the surveying and installation of passive fire protection solutions including three years working for the NHS. Stacey takes great pride in his work, and motivates and encourages his teams to provide the same high standards of work.
