Oak House offers mixed-gender accommodation to students from the University of Manchester in the heart of the student district of Fallowfield. Oak House has a lively student atmosphere and offers more affordable rooms than other premium halls, whilst being close to the University’s sports facilities and Fallowfield’s busy shops, bars and eateries.

Due to the nature of the accommodation, Oak House requires regular upkeep, and in 2023, RECOM completed full refurbishment works of the properties across three buildings and a total of 73 apartments.

The work was extensive and was completed in the tight timeframe between student years and fully prepared for the new intake of students as they arrived.
