Originally appointed to deliver 55 properties on an interrupted project, this development has become a strong example of resilience, collaboration, and commitment across the entire team. From re-establishing progress on site to maintaining consistent delivery, the project has required a proactive and solutions-focused approach at every stage.

Following our most recent site visit, we are now in the final stages of the scheme, with just three of the 55 homes remaining to be completed and handed over.

Over the past month, we have successfully delivered a further seven properties, helping L&Q maintain momentum against their wider housing delivery targets. This achievement reflects the dedication, expertise, and coordination of both our on-site teams and support functions.

This project highlights the importance of strong collaboration across all stakeholders. By working closely with our client and partners, we have ensured that progress has remained steady while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the build.
